В одной из комнат не открывается полностью окно, чуть не умерли от жары. Рекомендуем хозяйке покупать срежство для мытья посуды на 1 рцбль дороже, тогда качетсво посуды в доме бцдет лучше. Отдельно хочеться сказать про электрический чайник, ребят 3 пачки лимонной кислоты по 0.50 копеек и чайник будет в хорошем состоянии.

Advantages:

Все хорошо. Чисто, уютно. Останавливались на ночь. Про запах в городе пишут правду, но в квартире его нет. Рядом магазин, можно купить еду к завтраку

Немного старая мебель, мало посуды. Если говорить о соотношении цена-качества, то по такой цене это достойный вариант.
