Имеется водонагреватель на случай отключения горячей воды. Шумным компаниям и лицам, не достигшим 21 года, не беспокоить! В квартире не курят.
Время выезда — до 12:00, заселения — после 14:00. Возможен поздний выезд, без доплаты-по согласованию с хозяйкой.

Квартира в 10 минутах ходьбы неспешным шагом от жд вокзала. Хозяйка заселила нас в 10:40, сразу по приезде. Расположение отличное, пешком близко до любой достопримечательности в историческом центре и рынка, до крепости полчаса. В квартире всё, как в описании. Горячая вода из колонки. Чисто. Есть всё, что нужно для личной гигиены. Чай, кофе. В соседнем доме продовольственный магазин. В доме кондитерская. Были втроём. Рекомендую
