В квартире две комнаты, одна из них проходная. В спальне — кровать 140×200 см, в зале — шкаф-кровать 160×200 см. Все матрасы и диван ортопедические. На диване предусмотрено широкое дополнительное спальное место для ребёнка-подростка ростом до 160 см. Свежий ремонт.
Вся необходимая техника, кухонные принадлежности, фен и прочее уже есть. В квартире прохладно летом и очень тепло зимой.
Расположение отличное: 5–7 минут пешком до улицы Советской, ЦУМа, кинотеатра, музея, театра и парка культуры и отдыха. До Брестской крепости — 15 минут пешком.
