Advantages:

Квартира с выходом на аллею фонарей на ул. Гоголя, пешком можно до Советской и цуна. Очень просторная квартира, имеются балконы. Комнаты изолировать, в каждой телевизор. Заботливый хозяин Виталий засели в удобное время. Единственное: не было фена, шлагбаум нужно просить открыть хозяина по телефону. Было бы хорошо бесконтактное заселение.
